Tomato : Martian Giant Slicer
Originally developed for organic market gardeners by Seeds of Change and further selected by Bill Reynolds of Eel River Produce. A juicy red slicing or beefsteak tomato with a firm texture and a good acid/sweet balance. It has done well in our trials---even in the very wet 2004 season.
