Marjoram : Marjoram
A classic Italian herb with many culinary uses
Marjoram will not survive northern winters outdoors. Its leaves are used in vinegar, soups, salads, dressings, roast lamb, and tomatoes.

Marjoram very rarely needs irrigation, and is an excellent crop for Dry Farming.

If Marjoram starts to get woody, cut it down to within a couple inches of the ground. This will simulate the plant to send up fresh new growth.
